Dealing with the fact that you'll fail at times when venturing out into new territory is 1 of the keys to becoming successful. Somewhere along the lines of adulthood we tend to get self-conscious to a degree that making a mistake is more painful than trying new things. To avoid this pain, we stick to what we know even if all we know is pain and survival. It is imperative to accept mistakes as part of your journey and to embrace that fail as a testament to moving forward towards your goals. M.W.
