Refreshing your mind and giving your energy a boost can work wonders. One way to do this is to take a nap. If your rise early & work long hours, it can be a drag to finish the day as productive as when you started it. To offset this energy drain, it's useful to take a power nap and get a 2nd wind. Power naps are usually only 15-25 mins so they don't interfere with most schedules. Try your best to incorporate this into your work day especially if you have a long commute & grueling schedule. M.W.
