It's important not to overwhelm yourself by only focusing on the end result. End game is important and you should always know what the end game is but you should reverse engineer your goals down to the smallest time frame possible. A yearly goal should be broken down month by month and each month should be broken down week by week and each broken down day by day and each day broken down into a time. 15-30 mins, 1 hour.
